Based on the patented industry-leading design of the ISO 9060:2018 Class A MS-80 pyranometer (MTI.AWS.EK.80U), the MS-80U combines the latest technologies and state-of-the-art thermopile sensors in a lightweight, low profile body.
At only 200g, the MS-80U is a flexible solution for a range of non-standard applications and can even be drone-mounted for measuring the vertical albedo irradiance profile.
Manufactured to the highest standards, with strict quality inspection and performance evaluation, the MS-80U has a single dome, an isolated thermopile detector, and a Quartz diffusor to guarantee low offset characteristics. Each sensor comes with a measurement report validating the directional response and temperature dependency. EKO also provides calibration compliant with the international standards defined under ISO 17025 and IEC 9847.
