Programs SIPA
A Groundwater Utilization Permit (SIPA) is a permit granted to individuals or legal entities to legally extract groundwater. SIPA applications are regulated by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources and are submitted through the integrated electronic business licensing system (OSS).
