What do you get?
Mertani Automatic Water level Recorder (AWLR)
Mertani Automatic Water Level Recorder (AWLR) will assist you in monitoring water levels, both groundwater levels (TMAT) and channel water levels (TMAS). For plantation stakeholders and policymakers responsible for maintaining peatlands, river basins, dams, and groundwater level monitoring, data collection can be simplified with automatic data acquisition.Choose the type of AWLR device that suits your needs, from sensor types and accessories to additional advanced features like CCTV.
Challenge
-
The rise in sea levels due to climate change increases the risk of flooding in coastal areas and small islands by causing sea water inundation and increasing extreme rainfall. This threatens infrastructure and human settlements. There is a need for mitigation, adaptation, and wise spatial planning to protect communities and the environment from the adverse impacts of floods.
-
High-level water monitoring technologies such as manual gauges and tide gauge stations have limitations in accuracy, range, and real-time capability, thus requiring the development of more advanced technology to monitor water levels in real-time and accurately.

About AWLR
Definition
The Automatic Water Level Recorder (AWLR) is an innovative solution for automatically, efficiently, and accurately measuring water levels. This device offers numerous benefits for water resource management, infrastructure, and the environment. The use of AWLR is based on clear regulations and has a structured data reading process scheme. Various parameters measured by AWLR can provide valuable information for various purposes.
