De Mertani Automatische Weerstation (AWS) zal u helpen bij het monitoren van de klimatologische omstandigheden binnen de plantage, vanaf elke locatie en op elk moment. Met deze gegevens beschikt u over een stevigere basis voor het bepalen van operationeel beleid, zowel wat betreft timing, locatie en de inzet van menselijke hulpbronnen (HR).

Aangepast Automatisch Weerstation (AWS) voor PTPN X in Oost-Java​​

Om de productieactiviteiten te ondersteunen, heeft PT Perkebunan Nusantara XI al een Automatisch Weerstation (AWS) geïmplementeerd. Echter, PTPN XI staat voor uitdagingen met betrekking tot onderhoudsondersteuning omdat dit AWS-product afkomstig is uit Japan.

Het gebrek aan binnenlandse IT-ondersteuning en beschikbaarheid van reserveonderdelen voor AWS-componenten uit Japan leidde het PTPN XI-team om samen te werken met Mertani om verbeteringen, reactivatie en aanpassingen aan het bestaande AWS-systeem uit te voeren om het geavanceerder te maken.
